Acquisition criteria:‍

• Australian/NZ based software companies with $3-$15m in annual revenue.
• Closely-held ownership (typically less than 5 shareholders).
• The preferred catalyst for a transaction is the owner seeking retirement or transition out of business.
• Owner may also seek a reduced or more focused role (e.g. business development, Board etc).
• Generally mature businesses with 10+ years of operating history. EBIT $750k+
